Salaried Full-Time Director, Women's Health Services As the leading provider of healthcare in the region, Saratoga Hospital is currently seeking a dynamic nursing leader with a demonstrated track record of successes to join our highly regarded leadership team in leading and directing a team of dedicated professions for our Women's Health Services program. This unique opportunity will require that the successful individual be creative, innovative, and goal oriented as we are embark on a comprehensive plan to enhance and expand existing services and develop future services for the region in the area of women's health. Currently, our 14 bed Level 1 Maternity and Nursery delivers approximately 900 babies annually, as well provides care for patients undergoing gynecological surgeries. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the director will provide the vision, leadership and day-to-day management of all aspects of Women's Health Services to enhance the work environment, ensure excellent clinical practices, and provide high quality care. Qualified candidates will possess a MSN (or be enrolled in a program and in the process of obtaining a MSN), current NYS RN license, and a minimum of five to seven years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience in a women's health setting. National certification in Inpatient Obstetrics is highly desirable. In addition, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, proven physician and staff relation management skills, technical competency, strong commitment to advanced nursing practice, and a passion for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
